It’s that time of the year, spring fever, summer on the mind, all the while our mood is heightened with the growing days full of sun. All this, and more, means the wondrous Clucking Blossom is right around the corner…well, literally.
We have a forum thread devoted entirely to the all-day festival. If you’re a band/enthusiast you can sign-up for participation on many levels. We can honestly never have too many helping hands. Which brings me to my main point: community.
It’s rare in this day and age to see such a community response (participation, organization, etc.) like there is for Clucking Blossom. We hope to carry that on this year and the many ahead. If you’ve attended in the past, bring some new faces. If you haven’t attended before, come join us for one of those moments in life that isn’t forgotten.

I am in the newly formed Fairbanks band Stimulus Package, and we’d love to come help everyone beat the recession blues with a little auditory stimulation. Let me know if you have a spot for us.
Thanks,
Justin Bailey (bass guitar, lead stimulator)

you’re more than welcome, but we’ve filled up band slots loooong ago. BUT no fretting as we are going to have a PIRATE STAGE! What’s that mean? It’s going to be a pure acoustic stage (maybe a mega phone) sorta off to the side, probably going to have some treasure maps leading to it and such. There’s not really a sign-up for that stage so much as bringing your wonderful self and playing when there’s time available.

Thanks for the info Balec. Well you’ve got my contact info, so let me know if you have any last minute cancellations. Stimulus Package is no stranger to filling empty slots.
Piece out, & CU@CB09
